A UCD Graduate of Engineering, Gerry began his construction career in mainland Europe until moving to New York in the ‘90s. While there, he co-founded Dynamic Resources and established himself as a major player in the retail services industry.
In 2007 Gerry brought the concept back to Europe, opening a headquarters in London and later, an office in Dublin.
Gerry splits his time between the US and EMEA, but when he’s not in the air you’ll find him on the water, as one of his major passions is boating.

Laurie has worked as a supplier to retailers on a global scale for over 15 years. After graduating with a degree in Retail Marketing, he moved to Sydney, Australia working for Unilever in a global sourcing and supply role.
On settling back in the UK, Laurie was one of the founding members of Dynamic in Europe and today manages both of our European offices.
A keen triathlete if there ever is any spare time, it’s usually spent on his bike or in the pool.

Keith joined Dynamic in 2011 to manage their southern European operations progressing to his current position of General Manager of the Madrid office.
Prior to this, he lived and worked in Spain as a Contracts Manager, specialising in the retail, hotel and leisure industry. Keith holds degrees in Architectural Technology and Fire Safety Engineering.
In his spare time, Keith enjoys travel, music and supporting his national rugby team!
Keith HowellGeneral Manager, Madrid
Throughout his 20 year career in architecture / project management Neville has operated in both Europe and North America and is familiar with planning procedures and building regulations from both jurisdictions.
Neville first worked with Dynamic back in New York City over 10 years ago before rejoining the team in 2010 and setting up the Dublin based Design Studio.
Outside of work, Neville helps train kids rugby at his local rugby club.

Thatiane Joined Dynamic in 2012. Prior to this she lived in Brazil, working for the gas and agribusiness industry.
She graduated from University of Goias and has a degree in Economic Science.
In her spare time, Thatiane enjoys playing football and travelling abroad on her motorbike.

Breda has worked for Dynamic for over 5 years.
She has over 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Tax Management.
In her spare time she enjoys Pilates and travelling.

Maria Flavia joined Dynamic in 2017. She moved to Ireland in 2015 and prior to this she lived in Brazil, working for advertising and marketing companies.
She is Bachelor in Advertising and has a Masters Degree in Marketing.
In her spare time, Maria enjoys music, socialising with friends and travelling abroad.

With over 20 years experience, Tom began his career in Graphic Reproduction where he studied colour and print in Bolton Street, Dublin. He furthered his studies in Graphic & Digital Design and moved to Australia freelancing for top Design & Advertising agencies in Sydney.
On his return to Ireland in 2006, he founded his own Branding & Marketing Consultancy bringing visual communication solutions to retail and corporate clients across Europe.
Tom enjoys running, cycling, photography and collecting retired Apple Macs!
Tom SuttonCreative Director, Dynamic Media
Rob is a Project Manager with 18 years’ experience in the Construction industry beginning his career as a Carpenter. He has managed projects in different locations around the world such as USA, Canada, UAE and Qatar. During the last 10 years of his career he has returned to college part time to gain an ICM Diploma and the PMI-PMP in Project Management.
In his spare time Rob enjoys travelling, snowboarding, playing football, reading and music.
Rob O’BrienGlobal Construction Director
Mark joined the Dynamic team in June 2014. He worked in the fitness industry in London for a few years before returning to Ireland to take up a management position with one of Ireland’s leading bar and nightclub businesses. Here he gained valuable experience in the project management of major redevelopments where he was also a director of a coffee shop business.
Mark O’ConnorAccount Manager
John qualified as a carpenter over 30 years ago and quickly progressed to section Foreman and General Foreman throughout his time spent in Dublin, London, New York and Europe.
With Dynamic Europe he works as our roaming European site manager and manages our most high profile builds throughout Europe.
Outside of work John is mustard keen on road cycling and regularly cycles 500kms each week, making him easily the fittest member of the Dynamic team!

Colleen is from the United States, but decided to come to Ireland because she heard great things about the weather, especially in the summer. She is excited for the opportunity to work with such a diverse team here, and hopes to get some travelling in when she can. When Colleen is not in work, she does her best to get some exercise in through running, although you’re more likely to find her in a sweets shop or treating herself to an ice cream.

Anita qualified in 2008 with a BSC honors degree in Architectural Technology; she began her professional career in an Architectural firm where she mainly worked on bespoke residential projects.
She took a year out in 2009 to travel around the world. She was employed in the retail sector during her time abroad and upon her return home, she continued working for luxury retail brands in a management position.
In her spare time, she really enjoys baking and travelling.
Anita McCoyClient Operations Manager
Anastasia joined Dynamic in September, 2013. She holds MA degree in International Relations and advanced studies in Project Management from Dublin Business School.
Prior to joining Dynamic, Anastasia worked on various projects in construction and within the IT industry, and in the last few years managed a team of data analysts with the world’s largest internet company.

Eamonn has worked for Dynamic in different roles from installer to his current position as Construction Project Manager. He also holds a BSc. (hon) degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety and consults with the rest of the Dynamic team on such issues.
To relax after work he likes to swim and play the acoustic guitar.

Vicky joined Dynamic in 2016. Prior to this Vicky has been studying and travelling the world.
She recently graduated from Trinity College Dublin and has a B.A (Hons) in Business and Sociology.
In her spare time Vicky loves cooking, playing golf, travelling and socialising with friends.

Cristiona joined Dynamic in 2016. Prior to this she was an Event Manager in Dublin, planning, coordinating and executing large scale events for clients.
She graduated from Tallaght IT with an Honours degree in Marketing. She also has 5 years experience in Retail Management.
In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and loves finding a good bargain!
Cristiona BoyleProject Manager
Sandro joined Dynamic in July 2013.
He graduated from Cass Business School with a BSc Honours Business Studies degree and had originally started with Dynamic in July 2011 whilst taking a placement year as part of his degree. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
In his spare time he enjoys playing football, paintballing, surfing and travelling.

Gordon joined the Dynamic team in June 2013.
He graduated with a BA in Events Management and Music and Media Management and since then has worked within the retail, distribution and events industry throughout London and the UK.

Danielle has over fifteen years of experience working as an account manager and project manager for various high profile retail clients. Her travels have taken her around the world and given her a deep understanding of the global retail environment.
In her spare time Danielle enjoys cycling and watching the Tour de France.

John joined Dynamic in March 2016 having worked for Dynamic freelancing for two years.
He lived and served around the world with the military for many years before starting his career in the building and shop fitting industry.
John is an avid fan of the oval ball, supporting his local and national rugby teams.
John HearnsEuropean Site Manager
Luciana has joined Dynamic in 2014, prior to that she has spent 8+ years in China (Beijing and Shanghai) studying Mandarin Chinese and working in Procurement, Marketing and Project management.
She graduated in Translation and Interpreting from Lecce University (Italy).
In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, live shows and comedy clubs.
She can communicate persuasively in three languages (Italian, English and Mandarin Chinese).
